Set once here. This is only ever shown to recruiters searching Recruiter Search — never to other engineers, and never on anything you'd hand someone as a resume. Your location and career path live in Settings now — they drive Local rankings from there.
What the grader is checking, and why
- Bullets with a number, %, or $ read as proof of impact — hiring managers scan for magnitude, not adjectives.
- "Responsible for / duties included" reads as a job description, not a track record — swap in the verb that started the work: reduced, built, led, automated.
- Mixed bullet styles and date formats are the fastest way to look unfinished in a 30-second scan.
- Five or six tools matched to the posting beat twenty tools listed — a long list reads as keyword-stuffing, not expertise.
- One page for most engineers under ~8 years of experience; a cover letter that runs past one page won't get finished.
Search engineer profiles
Example profiles below. In the full product, this pool is populated by graded profiles from Resume Review. The 🔒 Recruiter-only panel on each card — relocation, pay minimum, non-compete status, top strengths — is set by the engineer and visible only here, never to other engineers or on their public resume.

Ranked by pay, employee ratings/morale, and how fast they respond to applicants — all pulled from the same Track Record data. Pay, response-time and rating figures here are illustrative example data for this prototype, not verified figures for these real companies.
Track record
Only a company an engineer actually worked for, or an engineer a company actually employed, can leave a review here — no anonymous drive-by ratings on either side.
